Gratitude and Self Worth Workshop

In this workshop you will learn to: Recognize that you have worth, and are worthy of happiness. Develop techniques for reduce unhealthy thought patterns and replacing them with supportive patterns. Learn how to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts. Learn how to advocate for yourself. Set goals that reflect your dreams and desires, and reinforce healthy patterns. Focus on positive body image, self-worth and underlying beliefs that might be holding you back. Identifying what the comparison trap looks and feels like (thinking others are "prettier" or "better" than you) Working through negative thoughts and how we can use the way we speak/our language to make them more positive and work for us rather than against us. How to tap into your uniqueness and boost your confidence through loving yourself just as you are now and by showing gratitude for your body. Safe open space to be heard and supported without judgment.
