Desk Yoga with Abby from Three Point Yoga

Program description

In a show of community spirit, Abby is teaming up the CRCC to offer these Yoga sessions to support us all during these difficult times as part of the Mental Health Month campaign. CRCC thanks her for this generous contribution of her time and knowledge. You can attend these session for free, or you may chose to donate an amount of you chosing to support Abby and her business. As a way of CRCC supporting local business, 100% of any donations will go to Three Point Yoga. 

Human bodies are designed for mobility. Sitting for long periods can decrease your mobility and flexibility. You may be experiencing tightness, back and neck pain, restlessness and declining posture. Yoga provides the tools to address the assiociated impacts of sitting or working at a desk for extended periods. 

Join Abby for 20 mins of guided movement live on Zoom. Break up the day and enjoy the wonderful health benefits of yoga all from the comfort of your home/office/home office.

No props or activewear required. Just yourself and a chair (preferably not on wheels).

Find mobility in a way that is soft, gentle but also supportive and beneficial.

Using breathwork, you will be guided through poses to release tension and help better manage stress.

This class is suitable for all levels.
